We’re Hiring: Digital Marketer (H/F) 

Your Role

As a Digital Marketer, you will be at the heart of our digital strategy, ensuring the execution of high-performance campaigns that drive engagement, leads, and conversions. Your expertise will shape the way brands connect with their audiences through SEO, SEA, programmatic advertising, social media marketing, and data-driven insights.

Your Missions

  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including search, social media, and display advertising.
  • Manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, Snapchat, TikTok, programmatic display).
  • Optimize budgets to maximize ROI and ROAS.
  • Implement SEO strategies to enhance organic visibility and website performance.
  • Develop and manage landing pages to improve user experience and conversion rates.
  • Track and measure campaign performance using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and custom dashboards.
  • Develop and implement social media strategies to increase engagement and brand awareness.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to produce relevant and impactful content.
  • Conduct A/B testing and optimize campaign performance based on data insights.
  • Work with marketing automation tools to streamline lead generation and nurturing workflows.
  • Ensure all digital marketing activities comply with GDPR regulations and best practices.
  • Stay up to date with trends and innovations in digital marketing to keep our strategies competitive.

Your Profile

  • Minimum three years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in an agency environment.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, SEA, paid social, and programmatic advertising.
  • Experience with Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and Google Analytics.
  • Proficiency in Google Tag Manager, tracking tools, and data analysis.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize performance.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, or equivalent).
  • A creative and strategic mindset, with a results-driven approach.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in French and English (any additional language is a plus).
